Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline from an AICTE-approved or statutory recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum marks: 65% for OBC(NCL), 60% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Candidates should have appeared for and qualified in the relevant GATE 2025 examination.
Age Limit (as on 23-12-2025)
- Maximum age: 29 years (Unreserved)
- Age relaxation:
- OBC(NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years + category relaxation
