As the Manager – Organic Content (Instagram & YouTube), you will be at the forefront of our content strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of content creators and develop a strategy that drives organic growth, increases brand awareness, and enhances our online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of our target audience, creativity in content creation, and expertise in optimizing content for maximum visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy focusing on creating organic, viral content for Instagram and YouTube.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of content creators to ensure the execution of the content strategy.
  3. Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content, including videos, stories, reels, IGTV, and YouTube videos.
  4. Audience Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their preferences, and behavior on Instagram and YouTube.
  5. SEO Optimization: Optimize content for maximum visibility, engagement, and reach using SEO best practices for both platforms.
  6. Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, track engagement rates, and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
  8. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on Instagram and YouTube, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our content strategy.

Requirements

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in creating organic, viral content for organizations, with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.
  2. Track Record: Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement, increases followers, and enhances brand reputation.
  3. SEO Expertise: In-depth understanding of SEO principles for Instagram and YouTube, including keyword research, optimization, and analytics.
  4. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team of content creators with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
  6. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier Indian university in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  1. Content Management Systems: Experience with content management systems, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  2. Design and Editing: Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or photography principles.
