Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching practices, participating in professional development opportunities to stay updated with educational trends and best practices.

Teaching Primary Grades: Delivering engaging lessons in English and other subjects to students in Grades 1 and 2, ensuring comprehension and skill development according to the school’s curriculum guidelines.

Mother Teacher Role: Assuming the role of a mother teacher, providing personalized attention to each student’s academic progress, emotional well-being, and overall development.

Curriculum Implementation: Designing and implementing lesson plans that align with educational objectives, employing innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.

Assessment and Feedback: Conducting regular assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile
