As a Primary Teacher (PRT) at Global Indian International School, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching practices, participating in professional development opportunities to stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
Teaching Primary Grades: Delivering engaging lessons in English and other subjects to students in Grades 1 and 2, ensuring comprehension and skill development according to the school’s curriculum guidelines.
Mother Teacher Role: Assuming the role of a mother teacher, providing personalized attention to each student’s academic progress, emotional well-being, and overall development.
Curriculum Implementation: Designing and implementing lesson plans that align with educational objectives, employing innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
Assessment and Feedback: Conducting regular assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate continuous improvement.
Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively, and fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Educational Background: A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and B.Ed qualification, equipped with a solid foundation in educational theory and practice.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching primary grades is preferred, although fresh graduates with a passion for education and a commitment to student success are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, effective classroom management abilities, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Job Type, Compensation, and Schedule
Job Type: Full-time, offering stability and opportunities for professional growth within our esteemed institution.
Salary Range: ₹25,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated teaching competency.
